# Mercana pricing

Mercana charges $0.05 for each newly enriched customer, plus a monthly platform fee based on new-customer volume. Returning customers are not charged again for repeat orders.

Usage is additional to the platform fee. For example, 1,000 newly enriched customers cost $50 in usage plus a $50 platform fee, or $100/month. Enterprise terms may vary.

## Included tools

The platform fee includes unlimited seats, customer enrichment tools, custom signals, customer personas, Merc analysis, outreach tools, Slack alerts, and Shopify and Klaviyo syncs. Enrichment and API access can also support your existing workflows.

## Free pilot and billing

Your first 1,000 customers are enriched free, with no credit card required. Choose a segment or the full base. Set a monthly enrichment budget and pause or adjust it as needed. Standard billing is monthly, with no annual contract.

## What enrichment includes

200+ data points across public social profiles, professional and education history, interests, property context, and web references. Around 70-80% of customers get meaningful enrichment. These are possible field categories, not a guaranteed number of populated fields per customer. Coverage varies with source availability, geography, input quality, and match confidence.
